Analyze the false faults in the four-way inverter~

< p="">

We have to deal with the four-way inverter in the production process. The following is a case in which the problem of the repair of the fault of the Taiwan Sifang inverter has been added due to the demand of the production process. A biological turntable for treating sewage is not constant because of the influent water, and the biological turntable has a reducer but cannot adapt to the needs of the production process. It is necessary to add a square inverter to adjust the rotation speed of the biological turntable. Because there is no noise in the outdoor open space. It was originally controlled by a communicator. The on-site electrician was directly under the communication contactor because of the labor saving. The scene was the rotation of two biological turntables. Since the two biological turntables were opened during the commissioning phase, as the four-way inverter only had one, it directly Turntable, after all the parameters were adjusted, both of them were turned on, but found a strange phenomenon. When a motor of the Sifang inverter was working, the electromagnetic sound when the transformer was working was similar, and the other one did not add the square inverter. The motor did not have this sound. It is very strange. Since it was the debugging stage, we observed it for a while and found that everything is normal. Then the problem comes up:
1. Why does the motor emit a similar electromagnetic sound after the four-way inverter is connected? 2. Is the motor connected to the square inverter not affected by the phase sequence? I have reviewed the relevant materials on this issue. I know that the Quartet inverter converts the communication power of a fixed frequency into a continuously adjustable communication power with a frequency voltage. Our Quartet Inverter first converts the power frequency communication power into a DC through rectification, and then inverts the DC into a frequency and voltage adjustable communication. (Intersection-straight-crossing) Then this question can be a good answer, that is, the input communication power is rectified and converted into DC at the input end, and changing the phase sequence has no meaning for DC, so if the phase changes at the output end, The sequence can change the direction of rotation of the motor.
