What are the common fault repairs of Delta inverters?

The company's business projects are mainly to provide industrial automation control products and solutions for automation in various industries, involving inverters. , servo motor, DC governor, PLC, regulator, intelligent motor controller, industrial control computer, control components and many other industrial automatic control products. A Delta inverter was repaired, and it was found that the integrated module was partially damaged. After the corresponding trimming, the power was turned on and the inverter reported an overheat fault. The voltage of the T1 pin is measured to be +5V, and it is judged that the internal temperature detecting circuit is damaged, and the over-temperature signal is outputted by mistake, so that the CPU reports an overheating fault. The test leads are shorted to the T1 and T2 terminals, and then the inverter is powered on to operate normally. Since the other parts of the module have been corrected, it is a pity that the module is replaced due to a malfunction of the temperature detecting circuit. Therefore, the circuit inside the wireframe was installed and the inverter was successfully corrected. Although this circuit changes the temperature linear signal into a temperature switch signal, it does not affect the normal over temperature control. Regarding the power-on of the inverter, the cooling fan is put into operation, and there is no impact. It should be noted that the repair of the Delta inverter is that if the operation of the fan depends on the temperature detection signal of the road, after the modification, the CPU mistakenly believes that the environment and the module temperature are extremely low, so that the fan cannot be put into operation. The control circuit of the fan can be shorted to force the fan to work on power. Such "saving money" repair methods can only be used as an emergency correction method. When a certain circuit modification is made to the inverter, several links may be involved at the same time. It is necessary to consider thoughtfully and not to rashly start. It is not possible to simply lower the cost of repairs and bury a greater risk of failure. "Save money and emergency correction methods", only as a reference in the repair and emergency measures under special circumstances, on the emergency repair of the inverter, there is also a problem of tailoring, the specific situation analysis.
