Product Description

The governor uses a three-phase power supply of 110V to 500V to provide DC output voltage and current for armature and excitation. It is suitable for control of various shunt, overexcitation and permanent magnet DC motors.

The power circuit is completely isolated, greatly improving operational safety and simplifying wiring between the system's internal controls. Control function: 16-bit microprocessor realizes full digital control, advanced PI (proportional-integral) adjustment, adaptive current loop to achieve good dynamic performance, current loop has self-tuning function. Adjustable PI speed loop with integral separation. Speed control: armature voltage feedback (with IR compensation); encoder feedback and analog tachogenerator. Speed range: feedback with tachogenerator, the speed ratio is 100:1. Steady-state accuracy: encoder feedback with speed setpoint (serial line or P3) is 0.01%; analog speed feedback is 0.1%; armature voltage feedback is 2%; can be achieved with QUADRALOCMKII digital controller Fully accurate (0.0% error).
